Our rental model simplifies the financial side of senior living. Providing clear monthly pricing, access to multiple levels of care and maintaining the freedom and flexibility – Millcroft Living makes it easier to plan ahead and explore the right fit for your needs.

1. Monthly Rates by Care Level

We offer a rental-based model with transparent pricing across all levels of care. Rates vary based on apartment size, care needs, and availability.

Independent Living: Starting at $3,200/month
Assisted Living: Starting at $7,450/month, with additional fees for care
Skilled Nursing (SNF): Starting at $450/day
Short-Term Rehabilitation: Contact admissions or our business office for Medicare and insurance coverage opportunities

3. Move-In Costs & Payment Options

We keep things simple with a one-time community fee and monthly rental payments—no large entrance fees are required.

Move-In Costs

One-time Community Services Fee: This upfront fee, equal to the apartment price, holds your unit and is fully refundable until you sign the residency agreement and receive the keys. After that, it becomes a non-refundable community fee.

First month’s rent: Due upon financial possession
